The application is intended for all people who are interested in thinking positively and having positive thoughts. Each time you open the application you will be presented with the first selected category, which is your starting point and you can select any of the four topics.
After that, you will be given a new affirmation, and this time you have the opportunity to select the positive thoughts that you want to include in your life. If you want to add any images or text you can select the "My positives" section, where you can add your own positive thoughts and you will be able to create a new affirmation.
